01 — Water & Sewer Infrastructure
Bancker installs, replaces, and repairs water mains and sanitary sewer systems for municipalities and utilities throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Work includes open-cut main installation, service connections, valve and hydrant work, and sewer line replacement and rehabilitation, coordinated with the municipality or utility owning the system.
02 — Gas Infrastructure
Bancker installs and repairs gas mains and service lines for utility customers, with crews trained at Bancker's dedicated natural gas training facility.
Gas infrastructure work is performed to the operating standards of the gas utility on each project, with excavation, pipe installation, and restoration coordinated accordingly.
03 — Electrical Infrastructure
Bancker constructs and repairs underground electrical infrastructure, including vaults, manholes, and duct banks, along with the excavation associated with that work.
04 — Telecommunications Infrastructure
Bancker builds conduit and duct bank systems that support underground telecommunications networks, performing the excavation, conduit placement, and restoration this work requires.
05 — Site Utilities & Drainage
Bancker installs drainage systems and site utilities, including storm lines, catch basins, and related structures for site and roadway projects.
Vacuum excavation is used to expose existing underground utilities before work begins, reducing the risk of damage to utilities already in place and supporting accurate installation of new work — it is a supporting method, not a standalone service.
06 — Concrete & Pavement Restoration
Bancker performs concrete and pavement work associated with utility and civil construction projects — restoring roadways, sidewalks, and site surfaces disturbed by excavation to the applicable municipal or owner standard.
Specialized Methods
Bancker applies specialized construction methods on projects where site conditions, utility conflicts, or owner requirements call for them, supporting the core capabilities above.
A trenchless method used to install pipe and conduit beneath roadways, waterways, or other surface obstructions without continuous open-cut excavation.
Heat-fusion joining of polyethylene and similar pipe materials, producing continuous, joint-free pipe runs for water, sewer, and gas installations.
Installation and service of backflow prevention assemblies that protect potable water systems from contamination caused by reverse flow.
Application of Hydrostop waterproofing systems used to seal structures and prevent water infiltration — a distinct service from backflow prevention, addressing water intrusion rather than potable-water contamination.
A non-mechanical excavation method used to safely expose existing underground utilities before construction, reducing the risk of damage and supporting accurate planning for new installations.
